Easy to use; the only problem is that I may have purchased the travel insurance TWICE because somehow I got onto the Aon Ins website. Please check to make sure I don't get charged $604 (for 2) twice!.

So far, it's been fairly easy to navigate within the site. I was frustrated at first trying to pull up the program just by typing in the city/state name. Thank Heaven I had put it in my Wishlist. That was easy to retrieve.
