Love ssls.com! The system is so simple and works flawlessly. With other providers I can never install the ssl and have to contact support, even though I follow the instructions. With ssls.com everything just works. I will be switching all my ssls to this company. Thumbs up.

Awful beyond belief. My family sent me a parcel from abroad with some snacks and diaper rash cream for my baby. The DHL agent called me to say I need to pay import duty, OK no problem. Then in the email he asked me to provide invoices, photos, information of the brands, and online prices of the goods...

How can I provide invoices for things I didn't buy? Also I don't know the exact items, families usually don't send gifts with an itemised list. The value of the stuff is less than $50, less than the shipping fee they charged. I asked them to charge me duty on the declared value or open the parcel to see exactly what is in there... Nope, still asked me for invoices and photos and in a tone like I am some sort of criminal.

Told them to throw it away. Never again.

I have been using Stripe for 4-5 years and never had any real issues. Support has always responded within 24 hours. Payouts used to be slow in the beginning, but now they transfer into the bank in a couple of days.

The only thing that bothers me is that we get a lot of error duplicate payments by customers since Stripe changed the refund policy for their processing fees, which when we refund Stripe keeps the fees. I would really like to think that this is a coincidence.

[update]
I was finally able to pay thanks to customer support and at a discount from their black friday deal! I had been using the free version and thought it's great and was sad they won't let me purchase. Happy now.

This looks like a useful B2B prospecting tool from the free trial. But I didn't get to use it properly, because their payment processor asked for a copy of my ID and utility bill to complete the purchase... a $40 purchase. Say what? No one does this and it sounds beyond shady. Didn't offer me any payment method alternatives. Lord only knows what they do with such private info. Don't give them your ID.

Love this company and have been with them for years. We have a VPS. Their service is just what I want in a server, I rarely have to think about them, because problems and downtimes are very rare and when they do occur support resolves them right away. Liquidweb is more expensive than my previous provider and I am happy to pay the extra for the savings I get in the headache department. Thank you, Liquidweb.

Disgusting business practices, and using the trust people have for the Adobe Brand to fleece cash like a street rat would do. Shady.

The free trial traps you in a 1 year long contract that you can't cancel without insane cancellation fees.

When you do cancel, even if you stick for the whole year but don't renew, you lose credits you haven't used and access to licensed images, if you don't have them saved elsewhere.

If the above wasn't bad enough, the amount of good quality images is so low that you will spend ridiculous amounts of time browsing through crap (and slow, slow, servers) just to get a good one.

A 100% unbeatable terrible experience.
Stay away.
