“HORRIBLE - DONT USE!”

Terrible customer service - flight was cancelled, they kept stringing me along to tell me their "depts" are working on it - over a week, and NO UPDATES still, and i am supposed to leave in 3 days. GET YOUR $#*! TOGETHER. Stop lying to people.

My flight was cancelled - I called the support #, no answers, their online chat didnt help, Still waiting to hear back. I leave in 3 days, and no flight booked!
