“Orderring a dress”

I ordered a dress on Friday, 900 dollars, I received a message with order no #******* & claiming that an email will be sent with track no, which never happened,
Tried to send an email several time, no response.
I contacted them on the their no from website, the call didn't go through!

What do you think would have been helpful to know?

Shoes, jackets, belts, cosmetics, etc.
