I ordered and payed for a Bocchi sink on 4/21/2022, the order page said that the shipment date would be provided at a later date, but it was showing as in stock, after a couple of days of not having received any emails I checked the order page and it stated that the sink was back ordered, a couple of weeks after I contacted KBAuthority.com and asked about a date and was told that the sink would shipped by the end of May, I agreed to wait, and when the end of May arrived and I didn't receive any information.
I contacted KBauthority's customer support again and I was told that the sink was already at the port and that it would be shipped "soon", days turned into weeks and nothing, I contacted customer support and was told that by mid June it should be shipped and as always there were zero notifications, my last call to them was on June 20th, I was told that the sink was still not shipped and that it would come until late JULY, more than 5 weeks, so right then and there, I cancelled the order during our call.
That same day, June 20th, 2 hours after I had placed the cancellation when talking to the customer support agent, I received an email that the sink had been shipped. I was confused and thought it might have been a mistake, on June 22nd, I still had not received any emails regarding the cancellation nor the payment refund, so I called again and I was told that they never cancelled the order and that they couldn't' cancel since it was "shipped via ground", and then I was told that my only option was to return the unit and pay a 20% restocking fee!
I would caution any potential customer before buying from kbauthority.com, the lack of communication and transparency with the constant delays and incompetence might be their way of doing business.
