This company is a complete scam. They will happily take your money and TIME (trying to work out all of their software/device problems). Had the device approximately 10 days. Has not worked correctly even 1 day. One excuse after another. One person pointing at another. As a customer, I really don't care whose fault it is; I just need the device, website, app, etc to work.

The location that it shows (when it will show anything) is inaccurate. Their website claims that their software can tell you within 12 inches where your vehicle is. That is completely false. The mobile app is inoperable. The web app is not much better. I don't know what to say about the customer service... obnoxious, self-important, condescending... sometimes all you can do is sit there with your mouth agape at someones ego. It was NEVER about helping me, the customer. I heard blame shifting (to another party... that he wasn't LiveView, he was Liveview tech support... huh?), how I must be doing something wrong, a lecture on 3g versus 4g... never once was my problem addressed with a solution... it was a very odd interaction. Maybe medication is needed... not sure.

Please do not WASTE your TIME or MONEY on these people or their "device" and "software".
Save yourself the headache. Any positive reviews here or anywhere have to be FAKE. This seems like a "business" run from someone's mom's basement.
