Purchased an 40" TCL tv from the Frankston store in November 2020. Returned the tv in July 2021 as it had sound, but no picture. Was told repair could take up to 7 weeks. Turns out it took 9 weeks and only because we kept nagging both them and TCL. Even with Covid restrictions, this was a ridiculous time to wait. Turns out the tv was replaced and not repaired.No explanation as to why and no apology either. Terrible customer relations from all involved.
