Learning new software is always a time sink. The monthly cost of receipt bank is minimal. The most impact this will have is changing the way you process and store receipts. I highly recommend it for all small business owners. The only feature I believe is missing is having it integrate seamlessly with a wide variety of accounting software

If you have quickbooks online and you like it (which is growing slowly) then I recommend hubdoc as a great solution as it syncs with the software. Xero is good too but not as many use it.

I have recommended this package for several of my contruction clients and they have informed me that it was a great tool to help them manage their process. The only challenge is getting the less tech savvy to use it.

Expensify is mostly useful for companies that have lots of meals/travel expenses and what I like is that it forces employees to really track their expenses and not forget to submit receipts.

I read mostly for the tax and business info, but they also have some entertaining tid bits now and then as well in the social sections
