Our Q7 has the 30,000 KM (2nd) service, I saw from the reviews about their repair charges or others, so I decided to check before I get the car to service. The first one I phoned to Audi Sunshine Coast and they quote me around A$930 and the other call that I made to Brisbane City Audi, they quoted me the same service around A$1300. Why the same service (doing all the same items) can be a big difference, I really don't know. Wow, we should get a quote before you decided where to go and mostly I cannot see too many good reviews onto the Audi Dealerships services, so WHY WOULD I HAVE TO SPEND THIS AMOUNT FOR NOTHING?

After I giving birth, the size of my body grow, so I think I should wait until I can wear back my clothes. I decide to buy online from the NextDirect.com. I ordered a red dress on 7th September as I have a function to attend on 6th October. They mentioned on the order confirmation that the product will be delivered on 28th September. I try to call them today (4th October) that I still haven't received the product. When I talk to their Manager, she just said I have to wait another three weeks to have the product. Of course, I ask her why don't they let the customer know about the delay, and she just said they tried. Honestly, I haven't received anything and she can say whatever. She said she can help me by refund back the money to me. I shouted to her that is not HELPING, the function is on this Friday, I bet I have to get out to buy something to wear NOW. Not everyone like them have nothing to do. How on earth this kind of people run a business (neither to let the customer know, all they know is to collect your money and without doing anything). I will not buy from them anymore, and I will let all my friends and relatives to know how they embarrassed me at the last minute without any courtesy to their customer to know what's going on!?

5 Dock Audi Sydney cheated and lied to us as we bought the new Audi Q7 through carquote.net.au. They lied as the contract stated we will be in their Corporate Program. Nonetheless, no follow up - nothing has been done after the first service in the Sunshine Coast Audi Centre - then we knew that we were not in their program. As we try to contact them, they did not reply our email. During the process, we tried to contact Audi Customer Care Centre, NO ONE WANTS TO KNOW US - is this what we call customer service?
Well, as far as we are concerned, so many wrong doings and no one can do any remedy work after the sale.
What kind of professional car sales people, how can we measure their ethics?

Bought the Hadacrie and have problems for Function 1and 2. So escalate the dispute as we tried so many times and different methods of sending the VIDEO for proofing. Nonetheless, asking the seller, they seem they do not understand ENGLISH, and do not reply to you. As the Dispute ongoing, I respond to the Aliexpress, thinking they will give me a chance to upload the video to another, NO NO NO, nothing response. THINK before you buy anything else. Thanks!
