2 hours ago, I had a real bad experience in dealing with one of the employees. Being very upset I left a bad review but the owner jumped on it and has agreed to resolve it in amicable manner. Bill assured me the employee could have handled better and that's all I was hoping for. Was I pushy? Of course I was, who isn't when shopping for a car but Bill himself suggested how the employee should've handled the situation and I fully agree with the final outcome. Kudos to Bill for being proactive and resolving the issue.

We've been using echo for 3+ years, the new rep is incompetent and inflexible. We've dealt two reps in past and both were extremely flexible and helpful. Has echo lost its touch in offering a good customer service?

They damaged our contents and covered it up with similar color shrink wrap. File for claim and it was denied saying I signed it. Yes I signed it because they masked with similar color shrink wrap so I didn't see the damaged at the time of signing.

Plus, this was supposed to be delivered within 3 days, it took them 6 days. No more business to this shty company.

Please don't use their facility nor their service. This organization calls itself not for profit organization but lately we are seeing very unethical billing practice from this organization.

For my Physical therapy session back in March and April '22 they gave me estimate for initiate visit and subsequent sessions, the bill after insurance adjustment was double than the estimate, each sessions adjustment requires me to pay $95 on top of $139. Complaint about INVOA to Better Business Bureau, the response received was this, "This is what the rep told billing:

'There was an issue with the contract not reading this provider as a PT. A request to correct has been made. Once contract is corrected, the claims can be reworked. Please allow 45-60 days for payment to be received.'

INOVA after 6 weeks continues to send payment notice to me and threatening to send my payment to collections.

On a separate note, my wife went for ultrasound at INOVA in June '22 and they billed us $1500 after insurance adjustment. Quick search on the internet suggests price range from $100 to $1000 without insurance coverage so why is INOVA billing us for $1500?

We strongly believe that INOVA is scamming people of Northern Virginia and DC under the disguise of nonprofit organization. It definitely looks like highway robbery.

Not reliable. Incorrectly billed by doubling the total pallet weight 2 years ago and in June of '22 they damaged a box and denied claim saying there's no damage. We lost $160 worth of product because of them. The supplier had placed the boxes more than 6 inches inside the edge of the pallet and still they managed to damage it. Not reliable and frankly - one dishonest company.

We made a large purchase from this company in June of 2020 on Alibaba with trade assurance assuming we'll be protected if something went wrong.

We were so wrong about the assumption. The supplier did not give all the boxes to the shipping company that went to pick up the boxes from the destination. It then said on Alibaba that the shipping company didn't pick the boxes.

Wait - what? If they are supposed to give the boxes and they didn't give the boxes to shipping company - Why are they blaming the shipping company that the boxes were not picked?

They admitted that 7 boxes were missed as part of the consignment but here's what it gets bad. They claim that the boxes that were shipped were of $1960 and are willing to refund that amount. However, this is incorrect because they are admitting to wrong product - we only had small shortage on that product and bulk of shortage was on high value product amounting to $2650. So once again - they are lying on what was shipped. Needless to say - they provided no evidence that the high value items they claimed were shipped.

We had more than a dozen boxes that are damaged and incorrectly label.

Their packaging slip is one for the history books - the worst packaging slip - it does not provide breakdown the color and neck size of the sprayers - they lumped everything in one line - "sprayers - 216,000 count"

Look at some of the boxes we received.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away - dishonest. Purchased under Alibaba trade assurance program but that program is flawed and they'll side with the supplier.

When we filed for trade assurance with Alibaba they sided with seller, despite seller's ability to provide any evidence that the high value items were shipped. We provided breakdown of every box that was shipped 130 in all, including one that was lost in transit.

Sadly, Alibaba is a Chinese company and they will side with their Chinese suppliers. We will never buying anything from Alibaba after this experience. We were happy for 3+ years buying under fake assurance from Alibaba - only when you have to file the claim - that's when you come to know their true colors.
