UPDATE as of today 08/05/2021: FINALLY THE SELLERS AGREED TO FULLY REFUND THE COST OF FAULTY BATTERIES, EXCEPT THE SHIPPING COST... THANK YOU! Therefore, I am changing the rating from one star to two stars.

"Unfortunately, I am not able to set my rating on ZERO stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
It is not an international branches online shop with worldwide location rather than, some one handmade mainland China, Shenzhen located retailer. Not customer oriented and impolite behavior.
I did order two laptop batteries with the expedite shipping and made the CC payment accordingly. Then, they said the expedite shipment is not possible, and to accept normal shipment and the refund for the expedite shipment. I did reluctantly accept it, but they were not able to provide the information requested about the shipment company and home delivery. I did receive the parcel after 20 days, luckily within specified time frame for the standard shipping.
One of the batteries, same shape and size but instead of TE04XL type, I've got IE04XL, meaning instead of power capacity of 61.6 Wh is having only 32 Wh. Installed, following the manufacturer instruction, it is working, but it is getting depleted very fast on the normal use, in less than 1 1/2 hr. The 2nd battery installed, working but when the battery is reaching the 12% left, it is jumping to around 40%, then, after around 10 min minutes is getting down to 8 % and in 2 minutes is totally collapsing.
On the top of everything, the refunded amount for the expedite shipment had been received only in half, instead of US$ 29.50, only US$15.0. Asking the seller about it, she replied that, it was some special shipment type, but they failed to make me aware about it, both during the sale process or after sale. They did provide an updated invoice. Now I am waiting their reply to my complaint, if they will refund the money or replace the battery in 30 days as the website claims."

I did purchase the vouchers for a Dubai fishing trip using the CC and the money fled together with transaction. The voucher stated that I need to make a four day booking in advance for receiving the services. I've done it six days in advance and the merchant, deny to provide the service at the requested date, offering the alternative of one week rescheduling, or adding more than double the voucher cost for an uplift trip on my requested date. Naturally, I did complain to Cobone, and after e-mails exchanges and telephone conversation (mind you, the complain line is always busy and 5-10 min waiting in the queue should be expected), they said, the merchant is right because all the offers on Cobone site are subject to availability, not guaranteed, even the payment had been done and the booking conditional had been fulfilled. Cobone offer the alternative of refund within 3-5 days subject to approval from the management. It is a great disappointment and I am not recommending the company services. Lost of vacation enjoyment, money and time.
