Signed up o Dec 18th canceled subscription on Jan 16th and was charged for another 30 days that I obviously didn't want. Called to ask why they charged my card and just said we see your cancelation but we cannot prorate the charge so you have another 30 days. It didn't need to be prorated, it was canceled in time! They are not concerned about ethical business practices at all. Beware of this service that gives limited information at best and give a lot of useless results. If you do use them make sure you cancel well ahead of the renewal date since 30 days really means 29 or less!
