Lands sent us the wrong item so we called them & they said to send it back and they would replace it with the correct item. This is what happened: We sent the incorrect item back But when they sent us the correct one they charged us again. We now have (2) TWO charges on our credit card and they have not issued the credit for the returned item. This was their fault but they tell us that every time they send something out they have to charge the recipient but have (15) days to issue a credit. Will never do business with this outfit again! Their nothing but crooks. No wonder their stock is in the tank!
Tip for consumers:
Use another supplier, their service is terrible, they will postpone the refund as long as possible if they issue a refund at all, and their quality mediocre.
