“Unprofessional and unhelpful”

Ordered the wrong item by mistake, tried to contact them to ask for cancellation before they had a chance to dispatch, but their phone number is a dead end (recorded message, no voicemail) and there was no response to emails. Now, over 10 days after asking them to cancel, they have dispatched the item. Awful, and useless, company.
