The customer support is very poor. I have been trying to chase an open case with them for stolen/lost package. And they have no solution for it, instead they said they do not deal with stolen/lost situation.

Be Aware.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware. If there is an issue related to package , the customer support is useless.
