I called DebSpecs For a pair of Reader sunglasses that I have ordered several times in the past. I was told that they were out of stock and she had no idea when they would be available. She then placed a special order for me at NO CHARGE, which I had within 5 days. How many companies would give you free glasses that were definitely an upgrade from what I ordered in the past. Thank you sooo
