Same problem as everyone else. Wig nor color as it was advertised. Notified WigSis I wanted refund/return. "So sorry, take a photo with the tag." Again, all they can say is... "So sorry" and want me to try on the wig again and maybe want to keep it! After another email, we will send you one of your choice for only $70 and you get to keep the other wig!
These people are in China! American wig companies do not act this way! I should have reviewed all BBB reviews, here and other sites! They don't have a phone number! They do have it plainly stated about refunds & returns, but it is not their practice. I filed a claim with PayPal. All I did was be nice enough in asking for a return address and refund. They have not done so. In fact when I hear from them tomorrow (takes a full day) I will tell them our conversation is over! Produce or be penalized.
