I ordered an Anniversary arrangement, the day of delivery I received an email & text saying they would need $20 additional to use their "partner florist". (attached with proof of purchase)
When I refused & asked for a credit, they did cancel & promised a credit.
Tip for consumers:
A link to their reviews should be on their site, at which point no one would use them.
