Easy to use. Great UX. Secure. Safe.
Coinconcord is the best overall crypto wallet out there. Very polyvalent, a lot of choices of crypto, good staking rates, great decentralized p2p setup and has it's own token sales feature.
Evolutive, since I first used it, a lot of new features appeared.
So far, it's over every other DEFI wallet I tried (and I tried a lot).
On top of that, the customer service is very responsive and nice. I love it and recommend.
