I ordered my wife an outfit through nflshop.com from her favorite team. I ordered it and paid extra for shipping to make assure it got here before Christmas. Christmas has come and gone, and it is still not here. I called customer service to find out about this, and their only response is "oh well, sorry". If they guarantee shipment before Christmas, they should honor it. Not take my money and say oh well. Very disappointed with the service from this company. I can see why they have a bad overall rating. I only wish I had seen this before I initially ordered it. I will never order from this company again.
