I ordered a replacement battery from laptopncellular.com for my laptop on 9/30/20. I received a 'please confirm order' on 10/3/20. I filled out their form as requested. Well after six weeks of not receiving the battery, I filled out their contact form to check the status. I never heard back. Frustrated with not receiving the battery, I stopped in a local computer store. They told me I'd be looking at almost 8 weeks to receive a battery. I finally broke down and ordered a battery on Amazon on 2/1/21. The package arrived 2/4/21 and I just filled out a dispute with my credit card company. Do NOT order through this company. Save yourself a headache!
