Red flag #1: The website address says shoestears.com but the website itself doesn't have the same name. My experience is exactly the same as all the reviews on here, but during the time I placed my order a couple of years ago or more, I think this was with a different named off-shore website. This is probably the same scammers that I tried to buy Doc Martens from for $60.00. I should have known better! I never got a reply when I e-mailed them and finally I had to file a complaint with PayPal. I was told that the shippers sent it to an address that was fake and if I remember right, the zip code was non-existent. So they most likely never shipped it and guess what? They had my debit card info and home address, so I got a different debit card altogether. Why do these people get away with fraud like this? They need to be investigated and prosecuted but most likely, they will disguise themselves as another website and get away with this again. I would not be surprised if they were behind the Target hacker scam or the more recently Starbucks scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE JERKS!
