Only some people can create accounts. You have to create account to buy. When I try to create an account it won't let me. So I go onto their message boards and post a question, and someone named Melissa sent me a very rude racist message and basically said my kind was not welcome there. Thank God for Amazon.

I bought a cup phone with the extender from their website. It was a (requested) Christmas present. When you order, they make a huge deal of what color knobs you want (to adjust the angle of the extender/phone holder part. You cannot use this without both - the extender attaches with it. Christmas day comes and goes and we go to install this and see only TWO knobs was in the box when there should have been THREE. (One knob is for adjusting the width of the piece that holds your phone, one knob attaches the extender to the phone holder, and the third knob attaches the extender to the cup part). We have no way to attach the extender to the cup part, and with our style console the extender is a must. So we call the company - a recording informs us there are TWENTY SIX callers in front of us. Next call, 18 callers. I get frustrated and go to their website to see what other options they have. There was an email, I wrote them, 4 days later: no response. I also posted on their Facebook wall and direct Facebook message. No Response. They brag they make stuff in the USA which is great and all, but sounds like they run their business like some sweatshop in China - at least the tendency to leave out parts and horrible customer service makes it seems that way. I weighed my time and out of pocket costs returning or ordering ala carte knobs on their site and just ordered a set of 2 knobs so we can use the stupid thing. But this is my LAST WEATHERTECH purchase ever. They suck.

UPDATE: Edit: My partner actually got hold of someone and tried to explain what was left out. They had no clue, but finally it seemed they were sending what was left out. I kept my order in since I had no faith in the person he talked to. Well both envelopes arrived a day or so apart. They sent just plastic knobs that need a BOLT to go along with them to connect the extender to the Cup. The knob is completely useless without the bolt. It would seem they would send the BOLT with the KNOB as they are both needed to connect the extender to the cup part, but no. The bolt is a separate part number. So after waiting on hold through 26 callers we had to ask for the bolt that goes with the knob. It is like pulling teeth to get this stupid product functioning. I repeat AVOID ANY WEATHERTECH PRODUCTS AT ALL COSTS. Whoever packs the items is clueless as to the contents of what should be packed and the customer service has no clue about their products at all. Even if a product was a single piece of rubber they'd likely find a way to screw that up too. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY,

Tip for consumers:
Beware, should you need ANY customer service at all that is where your problems start. When you receive a product missing a key part that renders it unusable, you want to get it resolved, When you call and are told 26 people are in the queue ahead of you, it makes you wonder what kind of customer service they have. And when you try emailing and Facebooking and also get ignored, it shows what they think of their customers.

So I ordered two IN STOCK items - only one was shipped to me. They other was simply left out. It was not backordered nor was it being sent separately, I ordered on a Sunday or Monday and it showed on a Friday. I called to complain about my missing item (which was the more expensive of the two items BTW) and they re-shipped it and I had it by Tuesday. One outfit I had really wanted to wear on the Sunday and luckily that was the one that did show up on Friday. The other was for July 4 so at least now I have it. I hope it does not happen again - it makes you wonder if the people packing envelopes are either not paying attention or worse (stealing). I must also add I have had this happen several times over 6 months from OTHER places so it is not just Venus. Venus normally gets the orders right. I hope that if there is some systemic problem that they address the employee(s) doing this. It just sucks placing an order, being told it was delivered, and then either being shorted or getting nothing at all.

I ordered two items I was really looking forward to receiving. With gas prices and the economy in the toilet I have to be careful how much I order, but decided to treat myself to TWO tops. The MORON or THIEF (neither is a good thing to be) packing my order only put ONE of them in there. They left out the most expensive item, but hey, I got a packing slip mentioning both so I guess they get a gold frickin' star. I called to complain and they are now (supposedly) re-shipping my missing $49 item. We shall see. I was so looking forward to these two tops and had places I planned to wear them. Now rewind and I have to wait all over again, because one of their envelope stuffers is either STUPID or is STEALING FROM CUSTOMER'S orders. I could see if I ordered 100 items and they only packed 99, but sheesh, when you only order TWO things and they cannot count to TWO (or worse they steal stuff) then we have a problem. I will see how this works out - I will change my review if they make good on this. If not I will add more reviews and dispute with my credit card. What a waste of my hard earned money, and frankly, time, as I have to WAIT ALL OVER AGAIN for what should have been in the envelope today. Thanks for nothing theives.

I ordered from them for many years with few issues. Whenever they ship my order it comes next day. Having shipments involving more than one box is not uncommon for me and they have always arrived TOGETHER and on time (when they used Fed Ex. They decided to go cheap, and use this sketchy outfit "CDL". The people drive unmarked sketchy vans, blare rap music, and throw your boxes on the steps. I have had 2 or 3 orders so far involving these losers. Since my orders were arriving OK I ignored the unprofessional behavior of the drivers. But this last time, both boxes were shipped out at the same time. And now the one containing $90 worth of nuts is missing. So to recap I PAID NUTS.COM $155 and only got $65 of my product. These sketchy drivers either lost my second box, or frankly, STOLE it. No one can say where the other box went. I have a busy life and have had to take time out of my day to 1) file a payment dispute, 2) Contact their useless customer service (who "will look into it") while I am out $90. Now I have to deal with the stress of being out almost $100 because they decided it would be a good business decision to hire a cheap unprofessional outfit to ship their products. By using these people they make the buying experience terrible and now I have the stress of trying to resolve this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - THEY ARE NOT THE SAME AS THEY USED TO BE. They are not the only nut game on the internet - spend your money wisely and elsewhere unless you have money to burn or hours upon hours to spend fixing their screw ups.

Tip for consumers:
Don't - don't buy from them. Use a site that uses UPS, FedEx, or even USPS (a carrier that takes their business seriously).

They sell nuts. I have used different kinds of raw nuts for baking. But they are cheaping it out. The last bunch of hazelnuts I ordered were much smaller and of inferior quality. Then they started hiring some unprofessional bunch of losers as their carrier which was the dealbreaker. I don't have money to pay them only to NOT RECEIVE my entire order.

At first this seemed like a nice site - kind of like an eBay for clothes but they have other stuff. The stuff I bought all smelled like someone wore it on an all night (maybe all week) date - stale perfume and sweat and in one case marijuana. But I washed it because I figured it would be more of a hassle to return. There were a couple of items that never shipped, and they make you wait a period of time and then you can hit cancel and get your money back. But there was one seller, krystalrose619, who had the system down. They took my money and then marked the item as shipped. It never actually shipped mind you. Other stuff that I did buy in the past shipped and a tracking number appeared on the site. You could tell there was never any activity at the post office. It just always said that was coming soon but it never did. I contacted the seller and she played dumb and said to ask Poshmark and Poshmark, when they finally did get back to me they said to contact the seller. So I disputed with my payment method and won and the order showed as "CANCELLED" so I thought all was good. No earrings ever came. The whole experience made me need to take a break from that site for a couple of months. So this week I decided to give it another try. I have been able to do everything on the site but buy - I get a message that there is a problem and to contact Poshmark support. There is no chat or phone number - you have to email. I googled the error and found a reddit and another thread where MANY people were discussing it and apparently I got banned over that. No one ever contacted me saying I was banned, that I did anything wrong, or to get my side of the story. Poshmark is a suspicious site anyway as soon as you mark your item as received they try and get you to immediately sell it again. So that tells me they value sellers over buyers. The other people on those threads said Poshmark never contacted them to fix the problem and they were just unable to buy from that site ever again with no due process. I decided I was better off so just permanently cancelled my account. I will not due business with a site that would rather see me lose money, cancel me for trying to prevent myself from being stolen from, and then have zero due process or communication about the matter. Look at the number of stars they have on here and several other sites.
