Disclosure needed! - I was very dissapointed with the ToysRus website. While I had no trouble finding the item I was looking for, it was actually purchasing the item that upset me. First, the website specified the item was "in stock," so I proceeded to purchase it. Only after putting in all my payment information and clicking "submit order" did I get notified that the item was not available for purchase. As if that wasnt enough the next day I find out the item has actually been deducted from my bank account! So I call the ToysRus helpline to get the matter resolved. Aside from the "website supervisor", William Wallace, not being helpful with the matter; he is also unaware wether or not their website discloses the fact that the security hold (as he calls it) is placed on every order attempt. I have yet to recieve my money back and am contemplating taking legal action. Although, I will (eventually) have the funds released back to my account, I am short the amount of my order and am unable to continue with my christmas shopping until ToysRus decides to release those funds. Had a disclosure on the website warned me about the fact that a "security hold" gets placed on all attempted orders (wether the item is available for purchase or not) I would have never put my debit card information into this website, and am warning consumers so this does not happen to them as well.
