“Terrible Customer Service”

WARNING: DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE.
My trip got cancelled due to the pandemic and the country closing off to visitors, and spent several hours trying to get some help from them prior to my departure to cancel, or put a hold on the tickets for future use. It took 3 days for someone to get back to me, only to find out that nothing was ever done. I lost my money to these people. NEVER AGAIN!
