Cheap products, terrible customer service - the whole company is a scam act with a terrible CEO. Nothing but fake people, products, and "donations" to charity. Support another company other than this one.

This is THE BEST pet tag I have ever had. I saw the company and Shark Tank and it was the first time I had ever made a purchase of a product from the show! The pet tag is perfect for even my little Lhasa Also, Max.
