Twice I have ordered from TEMU. Free shipping with a minimum order. Seperate returns result in employees lying and saying they did not return items. I have proof I did. Customer service is mostly AI-based. It is frustrating when you chat with a machine to get a problem solved. It is called Artificial Intelligence for a reason. Rarely do you chat with a human, when you do they are equally unhelpful they also seem like they are AI. I think that is their protocol to frustrate customers into not wanting to go through the hassle of returning their junk products. I was told for the second time I returned 2 items they only received one item. I was told the second item was lost in the warehouse so quality control could not verify QC. Rather than refund me my money for both items since TEMU lost my return item in THEIR warehouse they refused to refund me my money for THEM losing my return item in THEIR warehouse. Also, Beware 60% of TEMUs' items are poor quality even for Chinese-made products. Shipping takes a long time. I guess I am used to Amazon quality, top-notch customer service, and QUICK shipping. There is some value in shopping TEMU, but there are also a lot of returns for inaccurate item descriptions. Broken items, wrong items and cheap crap.
