I needed a quick passport renewal. The automated phone service answered very basic questions. I received an 877 number supposedly available 24 hours a day to speak to a person. I waited 45 minutes on hold with nothing but repetitive music.
I received an email coupon for 30% off. Went to website to use next day. Told offer not available.
Went to chat help. Rep. Unwilling to do anything.
Think bait and switch. I'm not willing to take a chance on ordering or giving credi card info
