Items ordered at the beginning of this year failed to arrive.
Direct attempt was made to resolve the dispute with the business and as can be expected no response came through I'm guessing the email may be fraudulent also.
The matter was escalated to PayPal as the payment was made via PayPal.
PayPal has ruled the dispute in my favour and the money is to be deposited.
Let this be a valuable lesson to us, be sure to check reviews and use a secure payment server to seal the deal in case you ever have the unfortunate experience of dealing with fraudsters and scammers of this kind.
