Been ordering games and computer peripherals from this site for years. If you are in Indonesia, and want to buy authentic copies of games (which isnt an easy thing, most stores only sell pirate copies) this site is absolutely for you.

The prices are competative, not cheap, but not expensive. But what sets this site apart is the customer service. When i ordered guild wars 2, i had already downloaded all the necessary files from the gw website and therefore only needed the gamekey. I decided to order the discs anyway, but due to my impatience i texted the store owner and had him open my game and text me the code so I could start playing sooner.

Also, when I spent roughly $200 on a keyboard/mouse pack, my net connection timed out and i ended up transferring the money twice. The store owner hit me up on my cell and told me that I had paid twice- immediately he transfered the money straight back.

Long story short, good site, honest broker- have no fears in ordering from them

Oredered world of warcraft game codes multiple times- odered at some late late times, always had my codes sent to me within 10 mins of making payment.

Also bought clash of clans gems, gems were added immediately.

Live chat service available in English and is available until late at night, always been delighted with the service from this site.

Ordered from them in mid January 2015, the site was quick to respond to my order, but they were a little slow to confirm recieval of my payment, however after an enquiry by me a few days later I did recieve an apologetic email that explained that they had recieved the money and were rather swamped due to copious emails, but my order will arrive on time. So if you do order and don't here from them them at some point, I would say to be patient. They responded to all my emails, generally within 48 hours- I am 12 hours ahead timezone wise, so that made email communicqtion somewhat delayed.

In terms of the product, it was good for my purposes- the paper was good quality, the gold foil seal was fantastic, however if you require something to stand up to close scrutiny, perhaps you could co-ordinate with the site as the university crest was a little (very minorly) pixelated.

So, as far as trustworthyness, I paid my money and got what I asked for.
