When I attempted to apply an 'LL18' 18% discount which YOU offered I was told I COULDN'T use it because I'd already used it 'too many times.' Um... what? I hadn't used it at ALL! Anyway, irritated, I said 'To Hell with it' and left the site only to receive an email from you a few minutes later offering me 20% off. Come on, folks... don't dance your customers around like this.:-(

Great prices, smoothly operating site, but I didn't like being required to enter all my information before getting slammed with a $10 shipping charge.
Saw an ad on The Blaze
Messages (on the shirts) that appealed to me. Reasonable prices.
Upon selecting the item I wished to purchase I was taken to a page displaying the following messages: 'Spend $20+, get any of the below items at $5.99' and 'The conditions are met, you can get any of the below items at $5.99.' Then, my problems began... At first, I had trouble reviewing the 'below items.' Then, when I figured that out, I had trouble changing the size of the item I wished to purchase. THEN, when I finally managed to select the right item and size, the price didn't appear at the promised $5.99 but at fourteen dollars and something cents. Further playing around eventually got everything straightened out but Jesus... it shouldn't be so hard to use your site. Suggestion: find a couple of people who are unfamiliar with your site and have then attempt to place an order similar to mine. You may discover a number of unsuspected problems.
Also, $11.99 for shipping is rather dear don't you think? Thanks for asking.
Saw a shirt I wished to purchase.
I love these guys! On Nov. 21, I ordered a Handy EZ Windshield Wiper with Long Handle. Then, a week later, I forgot I'd made the first order, and ordered a 2-pk of the same thing. When my original order arrived with only one wiper, I fired off an email to BoomStreet... what were they trying to pull? Where was my second wiper? I'd ordered two wipers, and by God, they weren't going to get away with this!
Well, in less than an hour, I got the nicest email from customer service rep "Mary." She went step-by-step through what I'd ordered and when, and informed me that I'd be getting the second part of my order in a day or two (which I did). What a sweetie. She even wished me a "great day." Thanks, Mary... lesson learned.
