I've used Tower Hobbies since the early 80's. I've spent thousands of dollars but no more! I always regarded Tower/zHorion with the best in customer support! Real people that flew the planes actually answered the phone and assisted people. You can't even call in a order anymore! MOTION RC still has customer support and answers the phone! Bye bye Tower/Horizon. If you want to take a chance you won't need support use them otherwise run run!
Tip for consumers:
If you are sure you won’t have a problem order otherwise try another RC model company some still answer and support their products and customers

Lost my last shipment and that’s when I found out customer support had been surgically removed! I spent thousands on hundreds of RC planes at Tower/Horizon since the 80s. THEY HAVE NO VOICE CONTACT FOR ANYTHING

Tower was the only place I used for years until Horizon bought them and absolutely ruined them....
