I ordered $175 of product. This is my third order the first two came fine. The company made a mistake and did not include most of my third order and when I called to let them know they said they didn't make a mistake and they refused to send me my items. Essentially what they did was try to prove they were right and I must be wrong snd if I wasn't willing to claim the package was damaged (no I won't lie for them so they can get reimbursed by shipping company) they will not ship Me the rest of my order and therefore I am out of my money and the product I need to finish my custom order for a client. A company doesn't get any lower than this and cannot be trusted. Apparently they don't make mistakes and blame the customer. So after I get my credit card company involved to get my money back I will never order from this deceitful garbage company again. Buyer beware!
We are sorry that you are disappointed. We tried to assist you via the original emails which stated you didn't receive your items, as well as stating that the items you did receive were not correct. You stated you didn't order the bulk bag of stones but later agreed you did order them. During our two conversations we verified the box it was sent in and the weight of the package. We discussed that your order weighed 4.6lbs when we shipped it and that USPS verified the package weighed 4.6lbs when it was accepted. The bulk bag you agree that you did receive weighs 1.10lbs before packaging so we did verify that when your order was shipped all items were in your shipment. We asked if the box you received was damaged in any way, as unfortunately packages do get damaged while in shipping and things can fall out - not because we were trying to deceive or file false claims for shipping. We attempted to have a conversation to find a resolution but you were not open to any conversation and just continued to curse and belittle our staff and company. The fact that you felt the need to state that you live in a 4 million-dollar home does not make the threats and aggressive language that tears down our staff OK. We will not partake in that type of communication. We cannot allow that as a business. We do make mistakes but we work hard to take care of our customers and fix those errors, but behavior exhibited during our interaction will not be tolerated. Posting reviews on multiple social media sites under numerous names and profiles including your dogs social media page validates your intent to bully instead of working together to find a resolution.
