After some searching for a customer service contact (red flag) I called to inquire about an undelivered order. The owner, Philippe Louis Houzé, and I guess only customer facing rep (red flag) yelled at me, told me he didn't have time for me (red flag) then hung up. I called back asking to speak to someone else and he yelled at me some more told me he didn't care since I was a new customer then hung up again. I have not been able to reach anyone from L'Epicerie.com since nor a number I found for (assuming parent company, importer) Saint Germaine.
