I booked 3 ticket in Emirates on Jan 2020 and the travelling date was 6- april 2020, due to Covid pandemic flight has been cancelled and Rehlat mention the amount will be refunded and sent so many mail regarding refund and finally they mentioned that within 60 days my account will be credited with the refund amount. Until now it is not credited to my account. Why they take this much time. My fund is with them over a year. They are mentioning the Airline authority not refunded the amount, I don't think so because all Airline companies and travel agencies already refunded the amount of tickets during Pandemic. I think Emirates is one of the most reputable Airline in the world and they don't block the people's money. I am very much disappointed the refund policy of the Rehlat.
