Hello if any of you are thinking about doing business with this company please thoroughly do your research. I was referred to them back in February by a friend who found them on the web. My book project was due to be completed in July and all I have gotten thus far is two poorly written chapters. I was promised a New York times best-selling author to assist me and I have yet to have any communications with said author or anyone from that authors staff. There is a 100% money back guarantee in which I asked to be refunded in full by June 15th with a ten day prior writen notice per my agreement. I texted, emailed and have phoned the Sr. Business Analyst, the project manager and assistants and none have responded. I sent a certified letter to 555 California Street, Ste 4925 San Francisco, Ca ******* and it was returned not deliverable.
I am posting this as I don't want anyone to have to experience what I am currently experiencing with this company. They will easily take your money and make a lot a false promises please don't fall for it.
