EDIT- I am even MORE impressed now! Most likely due to user error (me), one of the open rings I bought, broke. I emailed Impressions and was greeted in a friendly way almost immediately after I sent them an email with a photo attached, after figuring out exactly which set the ring came from as I bought 3 sets (a lot of rings), Elena asked if I'd like a refund, store credit, or replacement. I chose a replacement as I really like everything I got. Within moments I was told that they would have quality control examine the ring(s) to make sure there are no defects and my order will be shipped out today! This kind of customer service is unheard of these days! She was incredibly sweet and they aren't replacing just the 1 ring that broke, they're replacing the entire set! I'm shook! Definitely check out Impressions!
So I have to admit that I was a bit leary of ordering from this website as there have been a plethora or new online "boutiques" popping up lately but I took the plunge! They didn't have a lot of clothing in my style to be perfectly honest but I did find a cute cami in just basic black and they have a TON of beautiful jewelry! Again I was hesitant about that because a lot of the rings came in sets of 3 all the way to 8 and was concerned they'd be really cheap and because I am constantly washing my hands, figured they'd turn colors quickly as they aren't real solid gold.
Well, Impressions Boutique definitely impressed me! I cannot believe how many rings, beautiful rings, I got (plus a great quality Cami) for $50! I believe I got somewhere around 15-20 rings! They didn't come in some cruddy little bag all loose, the were all packaged separately in a velvety ring holder then placed in their individual bags before packed in the cute shipping bag. The camo; I expected it to be like a Walmart type of cheapy quality but it isn't at all! The material is a combination of I believe rayon (possibly polyester)cotton, and something stretchy. I can't think of the name at the moment (it's early). It's not some paper thin material. It's rather thick actually but not too thick. It's sort of dressy/casual and I wear it both under say a dress that has a front that shows a bit too much on its own, I've also worn it with just a pair of casual shorts, and I've worn it to bed. It has been washed and there's been no change in the shape or quality. They have a beautiful website with models ranging from size 4 to size 4X which is lovely in my opinion. I'm an average size person but I have been smaller and bigger so showing real people wearing their clothing is a breath of fresh air. There doesn't appear to be any photoshopped photos of even the older models. And they all look beautiful. THIS is impressive! Reality. From what I researched on Facebook, it appears that they're an Arkansas based company in the US. The shipping was incredibly fast! From order to doorstep it was 3 days via regular USPS mail if I recall correctly. They have great reviews other places on the web too concerning their customer service and great shipping. They even followed up via email to make sure I was satisfied and if not offered to make it right. I really appreciate this business even if they didn't have my "style" of clothing. For reference, it's sort of a cute country girl style mostly. Don't get me wrong, they look really good just not for me. But the jewelry, handbags, etc are gorgeous and priced really well!

Tip for consumers:
They are meticulous with sizing of their clothing however keep in mind that when they measure a top,for example, they measure it lying flat on a table, in a way that say a tailor would. If you saw a top (again just an example) that measures 12x 12x 34x 45 (very random numbers by the way) and it says size large but it doesn't seem to make sense, either ask them specifically or look at any comments made because it appears that everything is pretty true to size however in the FAQ area there's info.

I will write as many reviews as is necessary to help Sigma's rating go up because people are being unrealistic and unreasonable with their negative reviews about the customer service. Did you know there are only TWO customer service representatives at Sigma?! The biggest complaints I've seen in reviews is customer service and shipping. Let's go through these: As I just said, there are just two people who are in customer service. Should their be more? Perhaps. But they are very prompt in responding to emails as well. I believe, and I may be wrong, but I believe that many of their employees (including CS) are college students. I think that is important and impressive. I'm from Minnesota and the U of M (university of Minnesota) is HUGE and quite prominent. If you've been to college full or part time, you know how incredibly demanding it is. Add a job to your schedule. A job where people are constantly calling. Not to say thank you but to complain, many times about things Sigma has no control over such as delivery issues. It doesn't matter who they use, FedEx, UPS, USPS, whatever- those are separate entities. Once it hits whatever area packages go to be picked up, it's out of their hands.
It wouldn't matter if they had 200 customer service reps, people would still complain because they expect the world to revolve around them. My thoughts? Slow your roll! It's not JUST you who's a customer. Be patient. Be kind. Be understanding. As a former Midwesterner, mail is SLOW from there. Mail is slow everywhere these days.

In terms of quality, there is NO way anyone could give less than 4-5 stars! Their brushes are backed by a 2 year warranty! Does It cosmetics offer a warranty? What about Morphe? Elf? Luxie? And I challenge anyone who is using these brushes for what they're intended for- makeup - to show me any brush that has become useless, broken, or destroyed due to everyday makeup use. And IF it happened within that warranty period, show me Sigma not replacing it and I will edit my reviews.
In my experience, Sigma should have no less than 4 stars tops, across the board. Everything I have read has come from someone who was impatient and flat out expected them to drop everything and focus on them only. That is not realistic.

Tip for consumers:
Please be patient with shipping and customer service. If you have an issue, there is a phone number listed on Google for direct communication with CS or you can email, response time was w/I 72 hrs. Remember it's not just you they're serving..

I really like Ole Henriksen skin care products. I've tried several different products and been very happy with everything. Packaging is good, shipping is average. Haven't had any need to deal with customer service so I can't comment on it. Excellent quality products. No complaints at all.

This is a wonderful hybrid mink lash site. The lashes are absolutely stunning, very well made, and unique. Service is excellent and shipping very fast.

Tip for consumers:
These are hybrid lashes that have a clear lash band. My only tip is to clean off lash glue after each use or two and they will last 30+ times.

U beauty is exactly what the name says, a beauty products site. Skincare products are the primary items available. They do have some products in other stores such as Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdale's. I had not interaction with customer service so I can't comment on that aspect. Shipping was a bit slow but the glass bottle was packed well.

I was given a gift card to this site in the amount of $125 (not from Sitejabber but a friend). I purchased a few different things. This is primarily a health and beauty product site. I would say that prices are reasonable and the quality of them are quite good as well. Shipping was very fast and the products packed well.

This is both a health type of supplement and beauty site.

This is a really amazing "store" for lack of a better word. This is a Japan based cosmetics company. I've had the pleasure of trying one of their best selling skincare products called Liposome Advanced Repair Serum. Not only is an effective product, it has beautiful packaging and their customer service is above and beyond. Shipping was rapid and the glass bottle was packed securely. If you're looking for really good, luxury J-beauty, I highly recommend trying this.

I was able to try a pair of very unique butterfly earrings. The quality is very good! I was quite impressed by that as well as the cute little blue box that it came in. It was then packed securely in another bag. The shipping was fast. There have been other newer online stores I've purchased jewelry from that literally broken within hours! These are not like that. The earrings themselves are a bit larger than I'd normally wear however I posted a photo on my IG wearing them and received many many compliments on them. The style is one of if you were perhaps going out to dinner, a date, or some other event where you'd like to dress up. I've been wearing the same gold hoop earrings for several years so these did feel a bit heavy at first but I soon stopped even noticing I had them on. They have a rubber back rather than a metal back which I personally prefer as it's more comfortable. I normally cannot wear anything that isn't platinum, gold, or silver due to an allergy to I believe, nickel. I had no reaction to these so either they're nickel free or gold plated. In any case, I'm pleased with my purchase and would recommend trying this store.

Tip for consumers:
I have only experience with this one item so I have no tips except give them a chance!

I bought my husband a new wedding band from a sale they had back in July for our anniversary in August. I got an amazing deal on it! He's bought several items for me there as well, on sale
Their regular prices are too high in my opinion and customer service stinks. They're also really snobby for the type of store they are.

I've had these sunglasses since 2013! Ive had the lenses replaced one time but never needed to have any other repairs on them. They're polarized and very well made! Customer service is a bit meh as they tend to be snobby but they're just sales people. The products are good.

Tip for consumers:
No real tips. Ignore snobby sales people. They don't make much more than the rest of the clerks

So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you keep track of the 1 year warranty and your receipt if you plan on having something fixed or returning

This was actually a rather pleasant surprise that the quality of their products was so good. I got a bucket hat and two button up shirts. The hat is faux fur and adjustable inside. The two shirts are 100% cotton! Everything fit perfectly almost as though it was tailored to me. The price point is higher than stores such as Shein or even Fashion Nova but I feel the quality justifies that. For the hat and 2 shirts I paid just over $50. Not bad. Shipping was fast and no issues. Everything was packaged very nearly and protected well.

Tip for consumers:
Just a tip in general: if you're purchasing from a discount type of store especially one that may be overseas, don't expect Gucci quality product/service. There will most likely be shipping delays due to the pandemic and please don't categorize all Chinese products as "cheap".

Pat McGrath Labs has, in my opinion, some of the best makeup available and at a rather competitive price! She often has great sales like the two purchases I made recently. One on a buttery eyeshadow palette and another on 2 silky lipsticks. I don't know if returns are an issue as I've never tried but the customer service is phenomenal! I had a concern over a coupon code I had for 10 percent off and emailed them. No questions asked, I was given the discount without any further communication necessary.

Tip for consumers:
Buy from her website rather than Sephora's, the delivery is much faster and customer service much kinder.

I've been a customer of Guess products for many many years! I've gotten anything from jeans, dresses, shoes, to handbags. Though I still love the style I feel like the quality has gone downhill over the years. You can still find many good quality products but it really is hit or miss at times.

Tip for consumers:
Go in store to really get an idea of the quality of whatever it is you intend to purchase as it's very hit or miss. They are however becoming more concerned about the environment and now have "smart Guess" which is 100 cotton material.

There are many stores that sell Michael Kors brand merchandise but the best bet in my opinion is to get your purchase straight from the source. They have a much better selection, more unique items, and great sales. I've never had to return anything nor have I ever had to contact customer service. Everything I've gotten has been of superior quality.

I adore many things Coach but my favorite is their shoes, specifically the heels. I actually bought these quite some time ago but the quality is so amazing they look new! I've had no issues with any of their shoes. Ive never had to deal with returns or customer service so I can't speak on that. All I can say is they have a beautiful selection of shoes and they make great sunglasses as well!

I love shopping at Nike whether online or in store at an outlet/regular store. I can always be certain to find a great quality pair of sneakers and/or a 'fit! They're always on point! My most recent purchase was a pair of '07 air throwbacks. I'm in love and they're black with gold accents! Always good customer service and good return policy. No complaints!

I'm not exactly sure how this happened but I registered an account with them and then one day a random package showed up with a Korean Lip Tint. I really like the formula/brand but color not so much. In any case, I think it was really kind of them to send me a gift like that. I'd love to patronize their business but being in the U. S and their already higher prices it just isn't cost effective for me. They do carry some great Korean brands of skincare/makeup. If you don't have the high cost of shipping and can afford them, it's a great one stop shopping experience.

Register on their site. You may also get gifted!

I had a few minor issues getting my package but it wasn't due to anything Fashion Nova did. It was the shipping company. However, the customer service here is FANTASTIC! I can't rave enough about the prompt reply to my emails, the professionalism, kindness, and willingness to offer to compensate for someone else's mistakes. On to the clothing. As I said they have very trendy clothes and a great looking website and app. Very professional. My only complaint, if you will, is the sizing. Their L which should be a size 10/12 max, is very small in most items, around an 8 in my opinion. I suppose it depends on your body type. I'm pretty tall and hippy so I will have to exchange or return my items for the "curvy" sized clothing. The quality over all is pretty nice especially considering the prices! They are a Chinese company so I should've expected smaller sizes I suppose. I hope that didn't come out sideways? In any case, as long as you keep in mind that is you're tall or bigger in the hips or top areas you'll either have to size up or go into the curvy department, I'm confident you'll be happy with this store!

Tip for consumers:
As far as shipping costs and returns- if you spend over $75 you'll get free shipping. If your items happen to be damaged in some way and you contact them within 7 days you may get a refund otherwise it's exchange only and you must pay for return shipping. $7.99 if you go through them or you may use whomever you'd like at your discretion
