I paid for Botoholic's "GiftBox + PRO" and the product did not work in the intended way. Botoholic had it on their site that if you were dissatisified, you could get your money back if you said so within 72 hours. I put in a ticket, telling them I wanted the issue resolved or to just refund my money. They asked a question about what was wrong with the product, I sent in my answer and my ticket is still open, with no resolution... three days later. If you go on their forum (if you can find it. You have to click through a few links) there are more people complaining about the same issue on there as well. No one has been refunded that I know about. This site is a scam in my opinion.

This product is "free", however to get premium access you must pay a fee. I paid for a month of premium access, and it was interrupted for three hours two days later. Megavideo never offered an explaination, not even an answer to the email sent to their customer service email. On their help page, it says to consult with their "FAQ" first before emailing. I did not find any FAQ on their site, and couldn't even find one after using Google to look it up. Overall, I am very dissatisfied and will never personally use this service again.
