Really cheap and good service. The app itself is excellent. I have had some great purchases but some of the clothes are so badly made with the cheapest material they were only good for the charity shop!
You get what you pay for I suppose, saying that I have had some excellent bits off there!
Got stuck in customs. No bag ever showed up. I did get a customs note so they did ship... just unlucky I guess!

Really good service. I did return a dress that had deodorant marks on it and they charged me for the return! Other than that clothes are great quality and good service
Using this company for 6 orders so far. I was recomended them from a friend that has used them for way over a year... never an issue. I did mention the rash of bad reviews to laura at their customer services. Who asked me to write an honest review! So here is an HONEST review... service is not next day BUT this is clearly stated on website, the delivery is fully trackable and always comes way before their stated delivery time. I have never had a problem with getting a response; usually super quick... even when I'm emailing at 11pm! And their product is the best. A different brand but the exact strength I get from my doctor which to me is the main importance.
