Caution Cheats!
On November 8th, 2009 I made reservations for 10 rooms in the MGM-Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas using the company "HotelBoard.com<http://HotelBoard.com/>". The reservations were paid with my credit card using PayPal. The reservations for the rooms were confirmed with 3 vouchers for 3 rooms and one voucher for one room. Moreover, in January 2010 I called the Hotel where I recieved a further confirmation that the 10 rooms were booked as reserved.
Upon arrival on February 28th, 2010 in the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, I was greeted at the reception with the news that only 6 rooms were booked. The other 4 rooms were cancelled by the company HotelBoard on February 1st, 2010; for which I never recieved a communication of this cancellation.
The reception stated that this mishap needed to be cleared with HotelBoard, in the meantime, in order to have a place to stay we purchased at a higher price 4 new rooms to stay in the Mirage Hotel. This was not a problem since we assumed this is an error that can be easly corrected.
Unfortunately, until this day I have tried to contact HotelBoard via Telephone, Fax, and E-Mail with no reply.
I am aware that HotelBoard.com<http://HotelBoard.com/> still makes resversations for Hotels including yours. Therefore, I kindly ask you to use your influence to persuade HotelBoard to reimburse the outstanding amount of 2,800 for the rooms that were mistakenly cancelled.
