It was my second or maybe third purchase from prontocharger.com when they really disappointed me. They shipped the wrong battery. It wasn't even close to what I ordered. I email them right away, no response. Email them again a couple of days later, no reply. Call them, no answer, call the next day, no answer. Where is promised "world-class service and support"? Finally, I bought battery for my laptop from another company, write about them later...
