Long Story... but wanted to purchase the informational video but when I tried to buy it they denied my credit card twice ( another card) then wanted to put me on a whitelist and have me provide a digital image of a government issued id and the last four numbers of my credit card. I emailed them because no customer service number to ask why I was denied. I received an email saying this was the protocol for fraud protection. I did not order nor provide any personal information. Has this happened to you? BTW this was for my hubby poor guy this is already a touchy subject. Why do people prey on those that have difficulty!

They took more money, no customer service only email! They don't respond to any emails! Ruined my Christmas now I sit with obvious ugg knockoffs!
