Fortunately, I did not sign up. I went through the online pitch with the sales person. When I said I was going to take a couple days to consider how this would fit into my marketing plan and budget the sales rep turned on the high pressure sales to try and get my credit card number then and there. When I said I would like to discuss the service with my SEO guy, she said "Isn't that like asking your wife what she thinks of your new girlfriend?" That pissed me off.

I have found that with all these high-pressure internet company cold calls, if you tell them you need to take a couple days to do some research and consider your overall budget and marketing plan, they will freak out and try everything possible to close you before you hang up. Don't do it. Do you research and give your business to a local company or someone with a good reputation.

I did not sign up for this service. However, I spent an hour on the phone with the salesperson. The call started with him telling me about the service and how much money they could bring me. He asked if I was in front of a computer and I told him no, I was up on a ladder (I was) and said he never asked me if this was a convenient time for me. This "clue" went unheeded by him and he continued on with his sales pitch. I asked many specific questions about the service, how it worked, what they would do, etc... Some he could not really answer.

I eventually went in and got on the computer so he could "demonstrate" and he did not know how to do that either.

Then he went in and asked for my name, phone, email, etc..., which I gave him. Then he asked which credit card I wanted to use. I said "I have not agreed to purchase the service, so no CC number." This really got him into you need to buy now, we will get you more business, etc... I explained several times that I have a company policy not give my CC number out on the first call. I always take a couple days to do some research, consider my marketing plan, budget, and to consult with my SEO guy. This salesman started to argue with me and turned do-or-die high-pressure closing tactics.

I told him that he obviously did not respect me or my company and policies, and ended up having to hang up on him.

Later google searches show that this company has lousy business practices.
