I'm not sure how big this business is, i think it's one person - Jason. He is the guy that answers the phone everytime you call. But, regardless he is a complete jerk. I called three times. First was for questions to confirm what parts i needed. He was incredibly flippant and answered "it's all there on the website." Literally about as condescending as he could be. Then, I called a second time to check in on my order. He said hello like three times when I called, and I said, "can you hear me?" and he said, "yes, when you talk." Hugee attitude. And, the phone went dead. At first, i thought he hung up on me, and i didn't call back just figured i had a bad connection. I called a third time a week later, and literally the same thing when i called - "hello" three times and acted like he couldn't be bothered. I spoke up thinking he couldn't hear me that i was checking on an order and he literally told me he wasn't going to help me if i had an attitude. I literally almost jumped through the phone at him. He then said "it went out Saturday" and hung up on me. I've never in my life had service like this. To this point, after two weeks, i don't have confirmation that my order is coming, i never got a receipt, and i'm still waiting for my equipment.
Terrible, terrible service.
