You get a info its done, but later you see its not. Sometimes they say they need more info, but its not possible to find out where to answer those questions. Its take long time to get respons on the msg you send.
I will recommend you to use World Remit. I have used them several times every week for years and never had any problems with them. It its something wrong, they refund the amount the same day.
