Ordered 2 items - however, found out when I went to the store (2 days later) the socks were 'buy 1 set and get the second 50% off' - not what I paid online. Had I known I was going to see and visit a Sperry store, I would have waited and saved money and time as the shipping - Express Delivery - $15.00 - should be to receive purchase within 3-4 days from order date - today is day 5 and Delivered at 11:52 am..

Tip for consumers:
Would have been helpful to know that you will not receive your purchase within the timeframe they promise - even if you pay an extra $15!
The package was purchased on the 5th - shipped on the 6th - still not received on the 10th. Promised - 3 to 4 days - from Order Date - Order was on the 5th....

“Cannot Checkout and They have a strange reason why... lol”

Great Selection - good options for joining and for discounts including free shipping - However, I will Never TRY (try being the key word here) them again. I could not get the checkout page to load and called for assistance; I was told, by the IT lady, if you are using Microsoft Edge or Chrome - it can take more than 24 hours to load the checkout page! I work in IT and this is the most absurd response I have ever received from any company IT representative. In this age of technology - nothing takes 24 hours to load. So, the answer is - they don't know how the technology works - the person on the phone is not an IT person and cannot help - They can only place the order. If they can't get a webpage and checkout right - what confidence do I have that they can get the order right!

Tip for consumers:
Be warned - I called their webpage help line and was told that the issue I was facing was Normal - in that it takes more than 24 hours to load the webpage - though after such time it still did not load and the IT help person said that was Normal. Microsoft edge was the issue. Microsoft - the leader in the industry - can not load to David and Harry web page for checkout! I only wish I had a recording as I could not believe my ears.

Products used:
never got the order placed as it takes more than 24 hours to load the webpage and still did not load and the IT help person said that was Normal. So, I did not place the order.
