I paid my deposit before the pandemic began, they had to wait after emailing after my appt was canceled. My payments came out monthly as signed on my contract before We had even began the treatment; the nurse who checked my belly area said I only needed 3 of the placements of the coolscupting. The staff was very nice, I maintained my weight but no improvement on the lower belly area at all, before and after pics had zero change. My original tech no longer works there and when I went back I received another person, very nice and she also saw that I zero results so she said she would email with their manger to review the files to see what could be done and I never heard back from them at all. Very disappointed
