There was water leaking under my kitchen sink, so I ended up calling On Time Plumbers for help. They were like having "johnnyonthespot" as well as mindful of what was under my sink because they actually wanted to see under there Before I moved anything to make sure that wasn't the issue. These people that came were very respectful in everything they did, I'm happy I found them

On and on we go with TEMU, once again Temu sent my order PO**************045 to an additional I NEVER used with them And the last chat person assured me that the address issue was all taken care of, yet it was delivered to the wrong address again and they are refusing to refund me for it BUT Crediting me on their site to which they don't understand I Have No Intention of Ordering from them again and that I have evidence to corroborate Everything I'm saying about how incompetent this business actually is. Just got the generic I'm sorry note from Temu: No Temu IS NOT Sorry for the inconvenience, they have done this 4 times and as I stated I have proof Temu is Not sorry and proof they are incompetent Beware of what looks like a too good to be true deal…. I have found better deals elsewhere

Tip for consumers:
This company wants US consumers to purchase from them but they are not competent enough to be consistent with the information provided to them Temu can not be trusted to do their job of selling

I haven’t used the products because Temu will not stop using the wrong address

Since I reviewed Affirm and their deceptive practices I have had to dispute them through my bank, send all my evidence to my state's Attorney General who opened an investigation on Affirm, opened a case with the Federal Trade Commission, and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau…. The FTC will assist you with a refund as well as your bank, work with your St Atty, and file with the BBB PLEASE don't let them keep Stealing from you these afore mentioned institutions will help you through All their processes they're on Our side

I made a purchase that I didn't get for 2 months…I ended up paying Affirm $166.50 on my loan, canceling the order I didn't get. Out of nowhere some weeks later I received the order and the product is nothing like what was advertised…before the package came I opened a dispute through Affirm against the company because it was not responding to my correspondence…I sent evidence and Everything Affirm asked for, this has been almost 2 months ago. I still don't have my refund from either place…Don't use Affirm if there the potential that you may have to request a refund.

I ordered a pair of boots for winter from a store in Aliexpress, DAOKFPO STORE and the lining is not attached in one of the boots and the store only gave me a partial refund for boots that are useless to me... and also expected me to send the boots back at My expense, when they're the ones that shipped the defective boots in the first place. Don't get caught in this store they'll burn you... as you can tell by the bunched up lining they aren't going to work

I ordered a pair of shoes... they sent the wrong order and would not answer any email messages. I also had a lot of site issues after my order to which there was no response from them to my emails. I had to end up opening a disput with my credit card company over this. Still haven't heard from this company to date... it's been a month!
