I've used groupon at least 6 times now and I've had an amazing experience. I do my research and read the information on the bottom on the ones that I buy and there totally worth it. I saved so much money and I actually like the businesses I bought from and continue to go back without the Groupons.

I bought the wrong size pair of shoes and chatted with someone for an exchange. The very next day I got the right size and all I had to do was send the old ones back with the return label they emailed me. No extra expenses or shipping fees.
