I am sooo in love with this site. I do all my Christmas, Birthday, Anniversary, etc shopping on here. It is so easy. 30% off, birthday coupons, rewards dollars, Kohl's cash... what is not to love.

I even received 3 pairs of kids shoes around Christmas time. I called to notify them that I received them incorrectly. They verified that they were not charged to my account and told me to donate them to someone who could use them. I donated them to the Angel Network at my sons elementary school that helps clothes and feed kids in the school that cannot afford to do so.

The only negative I have is that they need to get some new buyers for the women's (plus size) clothes. We are not all 70+ and would like some fashionable clothes just like the thinner people

I ordered an item off the Walmart website. It came and a piece of it was broken. I contacted Walmart as I bought it off their site and they charged me. However Customer Service said it was not their responsibility because they were selling it for another company. I told them that I bought it from Walmarts website they should stand behind what they sell. They said they only stand behind their products. Great Customer Service. NOT

Placed an order on Saturday when the company was not open. Sent an email 10 mins later to change the color of the material. Called on Monday and got a voicemail. Now they say it's too late to change it. Crap Customer Service. Will not order from here
